Virtue & Vice is a speakeasy bar concept opened in September 2023 located at the heart of the busiest nightlife center in the Philippines. From the very outset, our team at año embraced the challenge of crafting a bar experience that transcends the ordinary. We embarked on an exciting journey, driven by creativity, exhaustive market research, and a profound understanding of our client's unique vision. Every element, from the chic decor to the thoughtfully curated menu, was meticulously designed to deliver a truly unique and unforgettable drinking experience

KATA, situated in Dubai Mall, offers a dining experience that fuses Japanese precision with creative flair. Spearheaded by award-winning chef Marwan Sardouk, and with design contributions from LEVELS, XBD Collective, and CKP Hospitality Consultants, the restaurant emphasizes premium ingredients and meticulous care. Chef Sardouk's menu celebrates Japanese culture and health-conscious living, presenting rich textures and natural flavors. The restaurant boasts an expansive outdoor terrace with views of The Dubai Fountain, an open kitchen, and a raw bar for seafood enthusiasts. Additionally, KATA features a standout non-alcoholic mixology menu, creating a harmonious blend of art, culture, and culinary excellence.

OAK represents a pinnacle of eclecticism in the realm of shisha and dining experiences. In collaboration with LEVELS, we were entrusted with the creation of a concept that seamlessly marries refined branding, distinctive uniforms, and an enticing culinary and beverage journey. OAK is more than just a place to enjoy shisha; it's a sanctuary where tradition meets modernity. The branding exudes elegance, mirroring the establishment's commitment to quality and class. The carefully curated uniform designs reflect the essence of OAK, offering a seamless blend of style and professionalism. Guests can savor an array of delectable dishes and carefully crafted shisha blends, all in a setting that exudes sophistication and charm.

The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Van Phong Bay, Vietnam, is poised to become a luxurious centerpiece within the expansive Wonder City Van Phong Bay development. This vast 500-hectare project will encompass five-star hotels, a casino, a shopping mall, an amusement park, and numerous lifestyle and dining establishments. We were entrusted with shaping the culinary and beverage landscape of this ambitious venture, involving strategy, concept development, brand identity, collateral, and uniform design for multiple venues on the property, including two restaurants, three bars, a spa café, and a dynamic Fish Market. Anticipated to open in 2025, this resort will harmoniously blend design, gastronomy, and leisure within the stunning backdrop of Van Phong Bay and the Wonder City's vision of luxury.

For the ParkRoyal Langkawi Resort project, our mission was to craft the branding and concept for three distinctive outlets. Cassia, an all-day dining venue, invites guests to witness the theatre of a live open kitchen while indulging in a tantalizing array of local and international favorites. Lancava, their Southeast Asia Coastal Cuisine signature restaurant, promises an exquisite dining experience inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asia, complemented by a curated selection of wines and breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. Lastly, Ocean View Lounge beckons visitors to unwind in a relaxed atmosphere, where they can savor live entertainment, refreshing drinks, and locally-inspired snacks, making it an ideal space to spend quality time with loved ones.

Pan Pacific at Orchard Road in Singapore has collaborated with us to create their restaurant direction. We produced ITAMESHI, an innovative dining concept that marries the delicate flavors of Japan with the heartwarming essence of Italian cuisine, creating a distinctive culinary experience rarely found in Singapore. This fusion of cuisines harmonizes over a shared affection for noodles, rice, and unadulterated proteins. Imagine refined crudo and seafood, vibrant salads, playful pasta dishes, succulent meats, and traditional desserts with a twist. In addition to that, we were also tasked name, brand and produce a direction for the menu of their champagne lounge and private dining area.

The FABER House is set to undergo a transformation into a 19-storey tower, featuring a 250-key PARKROYAL COLLECTION hotel that will offer a contemporary and progressive dining experience, inspired by Singapore's laid-back glamour. Designed to emulate the ambiance of a private penthouse apartment belonging to a local socialite, the space exudes intimacy and seamless transitions between venues. Positioned as a luxurious dining destination along Orchard Road, it begins with a ground floor café offering a unique "third wave kopi" experience and signature Singaporean kueh. The crown of the building, known as The Faber House, sits 19 stories above Orchard Road and offers a multifaceted dining and bar concept. This venue provides a cool and captivating space, offering a range of experiences from the familiar to the extraordinary.

The InterContinental Da Lat was envisioned as a prestigious 5-star luxury urban resort, encompassing approximately 3,800 square meters in the picturesque city of Da Lat, Vietnam. Situated just 3 kilometers from the Da Lat train station, the property boasted breathtaking vistas of the Da Lat golf course and the serene Xuan Huong Lake. Our responsibilities included conducting comprehensive market research and a site visit, gathering valuable insights to inform the project's development. Drawing upon our expertise, we delivered innovative concepts for the hotel, including the design and vision for the signature restaurant, a 3-meal restaurant, and a sophisticated lounge
