Jespher Millano - Founder

Immersing myself for 12 years in the F&B profession has given me a holistic view of the industry, leading me to the path of being a Food & Beverage Consultant with a passion for creating unique and unforgettable dining experiences. My expertise lies in turning restaurant ideas into tangible, high-quality concepts that are backed by extensive research and a deep understanding of the hospitality and restaurant & bar industry.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Restaurant Management and Concepts Creation from Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, as well as certificates from École Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland and Alain Ducasse Education in France. I've had the privilege of working as an F&B consultant under LEVELS Studio in Kuala Lumpur, where I helped create bespoke concepts for clients across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Greater China, paving the way to where I am now.

Prior to my work as a consultant, I was part of the pre-opening team for a hotel and school hybrid in the Philippines as a Sous Chef and Program Manager. I've also worked in the kitchen brigade of a fine-dining Michelin-star restaurant in Paris and a 5-star luxury hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. Also, I have been a sustainability consultant for restaurants, keeping an earthy-mind while injecting the sustainability aspect for my projects. I'm an alumnus of Enderun Colleges in Taguig, Philippines, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality Management with a focus on Culinary Arts.
